Started in 2018, here at I Am Flatpack Man we have been fine-tuning every part of our company to ensure the next time you need flat-pack assembling it is as easy and straightforward as it should be!
We are all so busy nowadays, and little time-hacks from services such as ours can free you up to be more productive at work or have a more harmonious family life, but if you just want more time to watch Netflix, we won't judge! :)

IKEA PAX, Perfectly Fitted!
We expertly customize the IKEA PAX wardrobe range, “hacking” the fixed dimensions to seamlessly integrate with your home’s unique layout.
The standard PAX sizes are:
• Height: 201cm or 236cm
• Width: 50cm, 75cm, or 100cm
Our team modifies these units and their internal components to perfectly suit your space. For that truly built-in look, we install custom fillers to hide any gaps between the wall and wardrobe, can lift the wardrobe up and wrap skirting boards underneath, and finally install cornices above.

To give you an accurate fixed price, we just need three quick things:

Tell us the manufacturer and
product name/code. Some
wardrobes go up in 30 minutes,
others take all day—this helps us
price it properly.
2 - WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We cover the whole North West
(and beyond!). Your postcode helps
us factor in travel costs.
3 - GOT ENOUGH SPACE?
Our prices assume we can build
your furniture flat on the floor as recommended. If space is tight, we
can assemble things upright, but it
takes longer.

Our custom wardrobes follow a 4 step process as listed below:
1 - LET’S CHAT
Reach out via email or simply fill in our online enquiry form below by clicking on the button.
Provide some photos, basic measurements and details about your dream wardrobes.
We will then send you an approximate price range for your custom install.
If the price range is within your budget, we will come out to take accurate measurements.
2 - DESIGN & PLANNING
Once we have been out in person and taken accurate measurments, we require a £100 deposit to confirming commitment from both sides.
Once received, we’ll start bringing your vision to life.
You’ll get a detailed design pack, including precise drawings, and 3D visuals along with a fixed final price and an estimated installation date.
3 - ORDER MATERIALS
Once your design is approved, we ask for 75% of the final payment to be made.
The payment enables us to handle the entire supply process including organising the purchase and delivery of all IKEA components plus all the custom elements. This insures the install runs smoothly from start to finish.
4 - INSTALLATION
Our expert team will modify and install your wardrobe to the highest standard, bringing your vision to life. We adjust height, width, and depth, add infills, and seamlessly blend custom elements with standard PAX units to create a fully built-in, bespoke finish.
The final 25% payment is due upon completion of your installation.
